At Soft Massager, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
The item must be in its original packaging
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
Used or damaged products not caused by shipping
Items returned without original packaging
Products returned after the 14-day return window

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect when received.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
